Meet Our Therapists

Sarah A. Bryant, MS, LPC
Psychotherapy is a process of exploration, discovery and growth. I work with clients who want to learn more about themselves in a safe, caring and challenging environment. Whether you are in crisis, have overwhelming stress, anxiety/depression or are just in need of support and facilitation.

I am able to help clients recognize and change their thoughts or behaviors, leading to decreased anxiety or depression, and increased self-esteem. I work to tailor my approach to each individual's specific needs and concerns, so that together we can create a path towards healing, empowerment and change.

Depending on your preferences and expectations, I may use various types and integrated modalities to help you throughout treatment. These may include cognitive-behavioral, expressive arts, trauma resolution, and play therapies. Christian counseling is provided upon request.
